The swiggy genie guy dropped the parcel outside the house somewhere (even though there were ppl at home) and now we can find it. The photos uploaded are completely blurry

I paid for my food, 1029 INR, and didn't receive it. The guy called, but my phone didn't ring.

I had given my address, but no one appeared at my house with my food.

So, he said that he canceled the order. I want my money back!

The guy didnt deliver my food. He call but my phone doesnt work inside my house.

And he didnt come to my house so he cancelled. I payed 1029 INR and I want my money back

I ordered some things, gave my detailed address to the door number , but when the delivery guy came , he ran off without a word , I run after him to find out what's the problem, I asked the receptionist of the hotel to ask what the matter is, he said he can't deliver to Africans!! Very unprofessional

It's been a long time someone else is ordering food in my name in Bangalore where I have never even visited.

My swiggy insta mart order was paid but not delivered and got cancelled by company end.I dint get my money refund yet.

We ordered some lunch through Swiggy from a restaurant called Vaango in greater Noida. Please see the photos to see the quality of the food that was delivered.

The total bill was about 3572 rupees.

Also there was spillage everywhere as the paper containers broke due their extremely poor quality. If India had proper food quality standards that restaurants and platforms like Swiggy adhered to, such food would not be served to anyone, even animals.

186993****43998 - Order ID: I ordered a Thali from Mezban Restaurant which mentioned 1 Missi Roti and 2 Tandoori Roti in the Thali. However, they only sent me 2 Tawa Roti.

Swiggy didn't provide my issue in your list and there was no staff number. What is this? I can't believe it. This is very poor service by Swiggy in the last two or three months.

I ordar goft from insta mart nd i my ordar got cancel and stl not recived any payment i want gift for rakhi but thair is hodan charge wil cut also i dindnt got any refund and i m ordar from out of country so i cant cal in swigy plz refund my amount

Tried to calling to the driver multiple time but never get received only it was ringing. Hence gave alternative number to call me back via chat service, got confirmation via chat I will be contacted but it was never a call back.

After cople of minutes got cancelation message. Have sent an email to see if I can get refund.

I had ordered a cake, but what I received was completely different and of poor quality. It was not at all satisfactory, and Swiggy is not providing a refund.

The delivery guy delivered my order to somebody my mistake and I en I call him he came to know that order was delivered wrongly delivered..when I ask for refund...he said company will refund you within few minutes...but till now I did get my refund amount...in such cases we are unable to reach swiggy customer service also..so please try to refund my Rs.483

I ordered from subway which is repeated brand in India and I paid alot of money for those two sandwiches and ticked all the ingredients that they put and I chose some of my choice of sauces ,, but they gave me very simple very basic sandwich which is really pathetic and awfully to eat,, what the he'll is this,, I want full refund and o want you to Gabe them serious warning about this
