I have ordered two items on 2o Nov out of which only one was delivered immediately I raised the issue for which swiggy replied me tgat it will take them 6-8 hours to verify the issue.Even after the stipulated time I didn't received any reply so I mailed swiggy many number of times from 20 Nov till date but swiggy is not refunding my amount Swiggy is cheating people and swindling people money

Want yo know about charges
Company has charged 5 rs extra for the same order which I have orderes 2 days ago... My order was 177 rs and today for the same order company is charging 182 rs... Why.... And your executive has muted herself while I was I telling my issue. Really pathetic same on swiggy.

Didn't deliver the products and didn't give the cashbacks as promised from swiggy's end.
Ordered from swiggy Instamart. Didn't receive most of products, didn't get refund and cashbacks as promised. They kept my whole money and they never solve the problem to customers end. The customer care executive transfers the chat to the chatbot and they have never ever given the cashbacks, after so boldly mentioning that people will receive Rs. 100 Paytm cashback. Why do they promise so much when they don't have the audacity to fulfill it. They took my rs.500 and gave products worth Rs. 65. Didnt deliver what I ordered, kept the whole money and not giving the refund. I want to take this to the highest authority.
